Shayne graduated from University of Western Australia Law School in 1982. He has acquired considerable experience in commercial litigation, having been a partner practicing within a large national law firm and within medium and smaller partnerships.
Shayne practices exclusively in commercial litigation both as a solicitor and as a barrister in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts and in arbitration and tribunals. This ensures a deeper understanding of the client and the trial brief and compliments Shayne’s focus on providing a personalised service to all of his clients.
Shayne has a broad litigation practice with experience in all areas of commercial litigation including contract disputes, debt collection and insolvency, property, banking and finance, corporate law, building and construction, consumer protection, and general civil and commercial litigation. Shayne is also a trained LEADR mediator.
