Ankita holds a BA LLB (Hons.) and a Graduate Diploma in Energy and Resources Law. Before joining Zafra Legal, Ankita gained experience in private practice and in-house role, advising clients in the natural resources and property sectors on project development and construction, leasing, land development, planning and due diligence matters.

At Zafra Legal, Ankita advises on commercial, corporate and property matters, including sale and purchase transactions, corporate establishment, business structuring and financing arrangements.
