Law Graduate
Zafra Legal is a commercial law firm located in the Perth CBD. Founded in 2016, Zafra Legal has established itself as a trusted legal services provider across its practice areas, including litigation and dispute resolution, property and projects, commercial and corporate, taxation and succession planning and wills.
The Opportunity
We are now seeking a law graduate completing their studies in 2026 to commence their legal career at Zafra Legal.
Our graduate program is focused on providing a practical, hands-on learning environment with early exposure to client work and matter progression. We are committed to helping our graduates develop a strong technical foundation and legal skill set needed to deliver high quality legal services in a team environment.
The Role
The position is based in our litigation and dispute resolution team, working closely with senior lawyers and principals on a range of commercial disputes.
The role will give you practical experience in meaningful work, including legal research, evidence review, drafting, preparation for court events, mediations and client meetings, and assisting with matter strategy and progression.

Role Focus
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelors level qualifications in law (or pending completion of final semester).
- Ability to work in small teams and independently where required.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Sound legal research and analytical ability.
- Good judgment and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular activities and pursuits.
